All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 6ixs are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates. These Terms apply in addition to any promotion-specific conditions.
Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion. Bets placed on games that contribute 0% toward wagering requirements will not count toward clearing the bonus.
6ixs actively monitors bonus activity. Any Player found to be exploiting bonuses — including through collusion, the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies, or patterns of play that 6ixs reasonably determines are designed to extract bonus value without genuine wagering intent — will have their bonuses voided and may have their Account permanently closed.
Bonus Funds that are not used or wagering requirements that are not met within the stated validity period will automatically expire and be removed from the Player's Wallet without notice. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
All bets placed on 6ixs are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the details of any bet — including selection, stake, odds, and market — before confirming. 6ixs will not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where 6ixs determines at its sole discretion that an obvious pricing error occurred.
In the event of a manifest error in odds, results, or market data — including technical errors, data feed failures, or human error — 6ixs reserves the right to void the affected bet or bets regardless of whether they have been settled. Any winnings paid out on the basis of a manifest error may be reclaimed from the Player's Wallet.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market, game, and product category and are displayed at the point of bet placement. 6ixs reserves the right to impose individual account-level stake limits at its discretion, including without prior notice, where it determines this is necessary to manage risk exposure.
In the event a Player wishes to dispute the result of a settled bet or game round, they must contact 6ixs support within 72 hours of the disputed settlement. Disputes raised after this window may not be considered. 6ixs's decision on result disputes, made in good faith following review of available data, is final.
